Additional Charges

-The following fee applies if the photographer encounters any delays during a shoot.
$15.00 per delay (time permitting...tour may be cancelled at the photographer's discretion)
Examples of delays include but are not limited to, waiting while:
1) Furniture(indoors or outdoors) is staged, moved or rearranged, etc.
2) Any items on counters, tables, refrigerators, fireplaces, etc. are staged, moved or rearranged, etc.
3) Pools & hot tubs, fountains, are uncovered, cleaned or prepared, etc.
4) Household cleaning chores are completed.

** If a delay forces the cancellation of a tour, package price & any additional fees accrued at the time of cancellation will be billed as if shoot was completed. Re-scheduled tours will be billed as a new virtual tour.

** Please note...our services do not include:
Staging, moving or rearranging furniture(indoors or outdoors), clothes, toys, or any items on counters, tables, refrigerators, fireplaces, etc.

-Package pricing applies to properties located within a 20 mile radius of Clarks Summit, PA.
Additional mileage charges will be added to the package price according to the following table:
21 - 30 miles = $20.00
31 - 40 miles = $30.00
41 - 50 miles = $40.00
*Mileage will be calculated using Google maps with Clarks Summit, PA as the starting point.

User Agreement

The information presented by this site is deemed to be accurate, but it has not been independently verified. We make no guarantee, warranty or representation. It is the user's responsibility to independently confirm accuracy and completeness.

Ownership of Photos
3dvirtualvisions retains ownership of all photographs taken by our photographer. 3dvirtualvisions at its sole discretion, may re-use, re-sell, assign usage rights of any photos to another agent/owner, real estate company, advertising company, etc. without penalty or cost.

Termination
This website in its sole discretion, may terminate user's account or use of the service and remove and discard any data within the service if user fails to comply with this Agreement. User may terminate the service upon notice to this website at any time; however, user will not receive a refund of any portion of fees paid. Upon termination, user's rights to use the service, domain name, design and associate technologies will also terminate.

Indemnification
User shall indemnify and hold 3dvirtualvisions.com and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, and agents, harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of, or in connection with user's use of the service (including the content) or breach of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall this website aggregate liability exceed the amount actually paid by user in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to such a claim. In no event shall 3dvirtualvisions.com be liable to anyone for any indirect, punitive, special, exemplary, incidental, consequential or other damages of any type or kind arising out of, or in any way connected with this service, including but not limited to user's use or inability to use the service or for any content obtained from or through the service, even if 3dvirtualvisions.com has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.
